HEALTH DAY FOR STUDENTS
Each year, TUK’s health day for students focuses on different topics concerning a healthy work-life balance between studying, exams, and leisure time. We offer you a program that provides information about a healthy diet, sports for stress-relief or other ways to relax from a student’s challenging daily life. Guest speakers will show you how they cope with stress and how each of them focuses on a healthy lifestyle. Everyone is welcome to join our program to get tips from experts and test new relaxation methods.
