Aikido is a modern kind of Japanese self-defense based on skillful evasion and flowing movement. The key is to use the released energy of an opponent’s attack for one’s own defense.

Aikido can be practiced regardless of age, gender, height or weight.

Beginners as well as advanced learners can participate. Participants must bring a jogging suit and bath slippers (or something similar).
