With bodyforming courses, we offer participants intense endurance training and great music. Whether your goal is a beach body, physical fitness, muscle building or general well-being, we promise you a lot of fun as we help you achieve it. Reduce both frustration and fat with special endurance, strengthening and stretching exercises for the whole body.
At Unisport, we believe that bodyforming means to exercise the cardiovascular system as well as the complete core, leg and arm musculature. In this course, participants will skip no muscle groups. If you are looking for a workout of medium to high intensity for your whole body, bodyforming is the right choice.
Variations of exercises and intensity, as well as the use of hand weights and resistance bands, are independent of the participants age or level of experience.
You can bring your own sports mat if you want!
