Circuit training

Circuit training offers the opportunity to train and improve general physical fitness in a versatile and comprehensive way. In the station mode, which is run through in pairs, exercises for all muscle groups, coordination, speed and endurance alternate. Short time intervals, which are designed to train strength endurance with small weights, provide a varied and entertaining training atmosphere that encourages you to push yourself to your limits. The intensity is high here if you want it to be, but you can of course slow down at any time.
