High Intense Full Body Training
The High Intense full body workout is a highly functional strength endurance workout that targets muscle building, quick strength as well as coordination. This training is suitable for beginners as well as for advanced participants. Because each exercise can be varied according to your daily form, so you can set the appropriate training stimuli for you. We start with an intensive warm-up program. We will gradually increase the intensity of the exercises. The following workout of the day consists of combined strength and endurance exercises, with and without weights.
