You can strengthen your core, build stamina and have a lot of fun with hula hooping. With the hula hoop, you circle a hoop around your hips, sometimes also around your legs and arms or even around your neck. The training tool is usually made of plastic. In classic hula-hoop training, you circle the hoop rhythmically around your waist and hips. Dynamic movements and body tension are essential to prevent the hoop from falling to the floor. Especially the centre of your body, your core, has to work hard. You also train your endurance. At the same time, the sport is very easy on the joints.

The course starts on 21.07 on the wood deck.

It is an advantage to bring your own tyre, but this is not mandatory.
