Self defence for women

Women are often physically inferior in dangerous situations and are easily pushed into the victim role. They become victims of physical, but also increasingly psychological violence. There are many reasons why women should learn self-defence. In self-defence courses, women learn how to assess dangerous situations realistically and how not to let themselves be pushed into the victim role. In our course we show you how to master threatening situations and how to become aware of your strengths.

You only need comfortable sportswear and clean trainers to take part.
