Sparring is an opportunity for combat techniques to be trained and developed in a playful manner. The aim is to develop a feeling of distance, to improve one’s technique and to react to the opponent.
Anyone can try sparring. However, it’s best to have a partner at about the same level. The participant’s martial art of choice is not important, so long as they have a partner to train it with them.
