Table tennis is the fastest ball sport in the world. It requires a sound reaction time, tactical finesse and many strokes. With skillful placement, speed and varying rotations, the player tries to get the ball over the net and onto their opponent’s side of the table.
A good table tennis player needs to be as fast as a 100 meter-sprinter and smart as a chess player.
