Trail running means adventure! What counts is the experience—not the result.
The Palatinate Forest, with its variety of natural obstacles, is perfect for this challenging workout. Endurance, strength and focus are necessary to excel in trail running. Most important is experiencing nature and having fun in the group.
Running shoes and appropriate clothing are required.
Duration of the training is 60-90 minutes.
